April 2024: We are looking forward to seeing your smiling faces in just a few short weeks! Some dates to keep in mind:
1. Saturday, April 20th: 40th Annual Tuck River Cleanup (Follow this link to volunteer: https://www.wcu.edu/experience/campus-recreation/base-camp-cullowhee (scroll down to events)
2. Saturday, May 18th West Fork Release (1st Scheduled Release for the season) * If river levels & staffing aligns we may be able to host you before 5/18, call or text to inquire :)
3. Sunday, May 19th Annual Can Food Drive to benefit United Christian Ministries * 10 cans per person gets you a self-guided rafting experience on 5/19 (no rainchecks)
Guided raft trips on the Tuckasegee River bring out the best of North Carolina rafting. Our professional, friendly guides love kids and showing them fun on the river.
Mom and Dad (and family and friends) get to sit back and enjoy the river float trip, while the guide takes care of all the details!
Target Participant: First timers. Younger kids and folks looking for a low stress river trip.
